Hand Crafted Model WWII Short Sunderland NJ183 1/144 Scale.
These hand made models are crafted from the original parts of the Aircraft, This particular piece is from short Sunderland NJ183. The aircraft crashed on the 11th February 1945 with the loss of all eleven crew members.
The model is accompanied with a booklet outlining the history of the aircraft and 423 Squadron RCAF. These models are handmade, so will show minor imperfections in the overall manufacture.
NB: All the raw materials used in the manufacture of these models were sourced from local private collections and no directly from the crash sites.
