Silver ribbon bar named to Pte David Carlisle R.I.R. awarded for participation in an Ambulance competition in East Belfast 1906-07.
Pte D. Carlisle won his MM while serving with British forces while involved in the Iraqi revolt of 1920.
The bar would have had some kind of insignia hanging from the bar, sadly long gone.
