1898/05 German Butchers Bayonet by Mauser A.G.
Has to be one of the best butchers bayonet that I have ever purchased. Originally belonging to a friend and seasoned collector of edge weapons, who only collected the best. The 1898/05 produced by Waffenfabrik Mauser A.G. Oberndorf a.n. is as clean as you can get with no pitting to scabbard or blade, just minor discolouration to the metal. The frog is in fine condition and pliable with no cracking. Just one of the best.
