Germanic Revival Hiddensee Treasures Brooch Third Reich Production.

High quality production piece produced under the Third Reich, representing the Germanic Viking hoard found in Germany during the last part of the 19th century. The piece is produced in 800 gilt silver with the makers name of C. Stabenow emblished on the reverse. Only slight wear to gilt finish. This type of Germanic jewellery was very popular in this period and highly encouraged by the SS and Reichsfuhrer H. Himmler.
