19th Century Maid Of Erin Swagger/Bandsman Stick.
Interesting piece with brass Maid of Erin harp pommel. Well made item but certainly not an officially sanctioned piece. The harp does carry makers initials "J.W." Purpose is unknown but we tend to lean toward a Irish Nationlist related item.
