Concentration Triangle & Attached Paperwork

Concentration Pink Triangle "P" & Attached Paperwork.

Very dark but interesting piece. Attached to a small piece of paper. The paper has been over printed with the words Camp Office and "U" or "D" Camp, dated 14/ 7/ 46. Possible Nuremberg Trials related but can not confirm this. 100% period artifact. Would be grateful if anybody can help us with any additional information on this artifact.
