Returns Policy

All items listed on this website are of original period manufacture unless otherwise stated. We offer a money-back guarantee on all goods under the following conditions:

Notification: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition as sent.

Refund: Upon receiving the returned item in satisfactory condition, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the cost of postage.

Late Returns: Items not notified within the 7-day period will be considered final sales.

Postage Costs: The inclusive postage cost will be specified at the time of purchase.

Refunds for items paid by card will be processed in British Pounds Sterling (£) via the original payment method.

Order Acceptance

A contract between you and us is formed only when full payment has been received, and the ordered products have been dispatched. Please note that our initial acknowledgment of your order does not signify acceptance. Sales of Knives

The sale of knives is restricted to customers aged 18 or over. A declaration of age is required before the completion of the purchase.

Availability of Goods

Our website is designed to display items currently in stock. On rare occasions, an item may be sold offline before it can be removed from the site. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 24 hours, and you will receive an acknowledgment email.

Delivery

Standard Delivery: Postage and packaging (P&P) for standard 2nd class delivery costs £7 for items under £350. For items over £350, standard 2nd class P&P is included.

Additional Charges: Charges for insurance and heavier items may apply. These charges will be billed separately and confirmed before dispatch.

International Orders: Please contact us in advance to discuss international orders due to additional postage costs.
