Inscribed WWI Imperial German Patriotic Gentleman's Watch, Chain & Fob.
This very interesting piece is a recent find on our trip to Germany. The watch is white metal with no visible makers mark. The watch is inscribed around the outer face casing "Der Sieg Ist Unser", which means "The Victory is Ours" The face is in good condition with one very minor chip at 3, o'clock beside the second hand. The piece may require a clean as it it does stop from time to time. The chain and fob incorporate flowers inlaid with blue, red and white stones of which some are missing. Please see the photos provided. Very interesting piece of Imperial German origin.
