1973 Hamilton Army Issued Service Watch "Operation Banner".
Standard issue army service watch with known history. Interesting history which includes service in the Royal Irish Rangers And also the Royal Ulster Constabulary during the conflict in the north. The watch is in full working order with nothing retouched etc. The piece would benefit from replacement glass but only for cosmetic reasons. The present glass is period to the piece. Light scratches and discolouration to the metal casing but nothing major. Historically very interesting local piece.
