NS Gemeinschaft Kraft Durch Freude ('Strength Through Joy') Lighting Panel.
Once in a while we come across something which does cause us to be a bit baffled. This is the piece produced in a type of Perspex with turtle shell pattern colouring. The lettering is in mirror image indicating that light must be placed behind the image to reflect on a wall or podium. The panel measures 50cms x 37cms and is a recent find by myself in Southern Germany. Countersunk screw holes are present in the panel for attachment to something larger.
