Early Irish tunic to the rank of Captain.The tunic dates to the period late 1930s early 1940s and is to the Eastern Command Transport Division,some minor staining around upper right pocket.The original owner of the tunic was active in the Irish War of Independent as denoted by the black and tan ribbon bar and also served through the emergency years 1939-46 as shown by the red and white ribbon.Scarce tunic to come across in this condition.
