Russian POA Volunteers Arm Shield. This piece has been removed from a tunic, not one of the normal un-issued insignia. The shield is the official pattern type, constructed in machine woven rayon. The piece is headed with the letters POA (ROA) which translates to "Russian Army of Liberation" and the blue cross of St Andrew at the centre. Overall very nice original piece.
