Rare Victorian 1st Battalion Somerset Rifles Cross Belt Plate. Another great find. This piece retains all its original finish down to the polished mirror centre back plate. The badge has totally no wear to the original finish, which is hard to believe considering its ca 1880's. The badge measures 9.75cm by 4.75cm at its widest point.
