Original Donation Certificate "Manchester Martyrs" Irish Republican Brotherhood.
This exceptionally fine unissued certificate was produced in the 1890's in reward for donations to erect a monument in Kilrush County Clare for William Philip Allen, Michael Larkin and Michael O'Brien of the I.R.B, who were executed in 1867. The three members were involved in the murder of a Police Officer in Manchester in 1867. The cert measures 52cms x 38cms and is in mint condition.
