WW2 Combined Operations/Special Forces Cased Binoculars. These type of binoculars were limited to special operational teams ie SOE, SAS etc. the bino's were produced with yellow tinted plastic lenses for higher visibility combined with a bakelite and brass shell for sturdiness.
