Interesting piece measuring 21cms long. The handle is cast in one piece and gilt applied to the pommel and cross guard, which has slightly worn due to usage. The blade is in excellent condition. The leatherette case is custom made for the piece, possibly as a presentation gift. Overall a very desirable piece of German history.
