WWI Propaganda Printing/Franking Cylinder "JOIN THE VOLUNTEERS".
This exceptionally rare piece, as far as we know was produced around 1914 to be used on postal letters etc as part of the call to arms for the Great War. The cylinder measures 4.5cms height and just less than 5cms in diameter.
